Brandi Marsh is co-owner and Dean of Academics for 1 on 1 Technical College of Birmingham.  She is a certified Phlebotomist and has been a Licensed Practical Nurse for 11 years.  She obtained her nurses pin during a ceremony in 2011 and has always had a passion for lifelong learning and helping others.  This genuine passion to see success for herself as well as others has led her to be a serial entrepreneur having owned and operated over six successful businesses in Bessemer, Alabama and the Greater Birmingham MSA. As a young woman, Brandi learned early on the fruitfulness of ownership verses being an employee.   A multi-talented individual, Brandi brings a specific panache to the 1 on1 brand.  Having been through these processes herself, she is poised to encourage and assist both students and faculty to adhere to the guidelines prescribed by the Alabama Community College System while making the environment relaxed, fun and conducive for learning.  Brandi is a wife and the mother of four children; Kayla, Jayla, Kierstyn and King.  Proving that all things can be done through Christ as her strength, Brandi thoroughly handles her duties as a parent and business owner with grace and faith.  She is very personable and definitely approachable which makes her poised to build relationships with the vendors, students and faculty.  She is a definite asset to this endeavor.
